Les Mills BODYPUMP - A rapid fat-burning class that uses barbells to give you the fastest way to tone and condition muscles! After an exhaustive study, BODYPUMP was verified by The University of Auckland as providing the fastest body fat loss of any fitness class.

Les Mills BODYVIVE - lets you get in shape at your own pace with a low-impact, group fitness workout that leaves you fizzing with energy. Using the VIVE balls and VIVE tubes, you choose the intensity that energizes your future. Three workouts in one as there are three componente: cardio, functional strength and core and restore.

Body FX - Body FX is taking a different perspective on training and nutrition. Body FX will have nutrition tips, shortcuts, and making working out fun! Our focus will be an open forum, meaning the class is for your BEST INTEREST! It's something you have to do, but for those of you that hate it at the beginning, you will eventually love the class as you get accustomed to new habits!

Cardio Kickboxing - A high-impact total body cardio workout incorporating real motions of martial arts and boxing put to music, creating a fun, fast paced workout. Both the upper & lower body working together ensuring to increase your heart rate. Burn 800 calories in one hour! Punching bags are used to put your newly learned skills to the test. Pilates - Pilates is highly effective for training good posture and strengthening all the muscles in the body, most specifically the abdominals, back and hips (45 minutes).

Spin - A class designed for all fitness levels. Each participant can adjust the intensity to their workout as the instructor leads them on a "ride." A variety of class formats will be used: interval training, endurance, all terrain, recovery. This class is a fantastic cardio workout that also tones and strengthens legs and gluts!

Spin & Sculpt - This class will consist of a 40-minute intense cardio workout, followed by 10 minutes of strength and toning exercises. It is a great way to jumpstart your day.
